Schedule:  
  • Monday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Tuesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm.
  • Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm.
  • Friday (once a month): 8:30am - 5:00pm.

The wage for this Dental Assistant position is $20-$27/hour depending on skills, experience, and location. 
Please note that this is a new job opening. 
 
Your Role: 
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow.
  • Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
  • Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
  • Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
  • Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.

About You: 
  • Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required.
  • NDAEB certification is required.
  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
